Following 6 months of intense planning under the expert guidance of R & S Nichols Consultancy, Digital-Word is delighted to announce their intention to re-establish themselves as the UK’s foremost authority in the development, implementation and ongoing management of web based software solutions.
"Digital-Word has always led the way in the development of unique web based software solutions. Unfortunately however the company has been struggling from a lack of strategic planning and prioritisation, and it has been my job to work with the management team to identify key objectives and formulate a strategy to maximise future profitability," said consultant Richard Nichols. "Implementation of our new strategy will be completed by the end of 2002 which will allow Digital-Word to capture significant share in this rapidly expanding market, over the course of the following year".
The re-engineering of Digital-Word has encompassed every element of the business from management to administration, production to sales.
Over the coming months Digital-Word will concentrate on production, research and development, releasing new software applications and re-engineering of the Shapeshifter CMS product range to provide clients with a fully managed service.
From these secure foundations Digital-Word will build sales initially from their existing clients and channel partnerships before focusing on new opportunities.
