The addition of forums (bulletin boards) adds new levels of interactivity to Shapeshifter CMS powered web services and opens a new channel of communication with customers, vendors, partners, etc.
The forum module is high-powered yet extremely simple to use. It offers a fully-threaded messaging system and can accept posts from registered users and/or guests depending on its configuration.
